Group members can join classes at either our North or West locations at any time. Please see the current schedules below. North’s schedule is in red and West’s schedule is in yellow. In addition to our group classes, enjoy our 24/7 gym access. Group classes are 50 minutes long and combine weightlifting and cardio stations that are sure to make you sweat!
